The other day, I met some folks and I was hilarious. I mean, I was ON. The perfect idioms were rolling off my tongue, timing of jokes were just right. I discussed this with my girlfriend Lydia and wondered - girls usually want a guy who makes them laugh but who likes a funny girl? I thought I’d ask someone who I thought was a funny girl and posed the question via Twitter to Mindy Kaling aka Kelly Kapoor from The Office and she replied!

I’m stoked she replied even though she probably thinks I’m some insecure teen and her advice - although it is good, is something I already got covered - (hmm I wonder about overconfidence though - is that ugly?). Anyhow - now that we are bff, I’m going to find a way to convince her to allow me to start writing for the show or something. God, I love social media.
